‘Well, where can I start! We had our wedding here last week and all I can say is if you are contemplating booking your dream wedding in Cornwall, then you really must book it here at Lusty Glaze. The venue is something else, all of our guests have since said it was the nicest and most magical venue they have ever been to for a wedding

The staff are by far the most kind, caring, passionate and helpful staff I have come across. The wedding coordinators are always there to help every step of the way. I know I asked them so many questions time and time again and they were so patient and knowledgeable. The food was spot on! Just perfect! It was clean, everything has been well thought out. It is worth every single penny. I couldn’t have wished for a better place to have been married! Thanks so much to all at Lusty!’

‘I just wanted to send you an email to say a huge thank you for everything you both did to make our wedding day perfect.

From the very beginning Lusty Glaze and yourselves have been nothing but proactive, supportive and brilliant, always replying quickly to my millions of emails and phone calls and making sure everything was done properly! Trying to organise an entire wedding in five months is a pretty stressful job, but you guys made the whole thing so much easier, and the day was absolutely spectacular! I can only imagine how hard you both must have worked to get everything done.

Naomi, you were so great on the day making sure everything went to plan, and can you please pass on my thanks to your colleague who took over in the evening, his genius idea for the quick lighting of all 120 sparklers made for the best send off, and I can’t wait to see the photos!!

Please pass on our thanks too to the caterers, the breakfast, canapés, wedding lunch and late night pizzas were all amazing!! We really were spoilt for choice on our wedding day.

Thanks again for all your hard work, I would not hesitate to recommend Lusty Glaze to any friends of mine that are wanting a nice beach holiday, or are planning weddings down in Cornwall in the future.

‘We just wanted to drop you an email to thank you again for the best day ever. We are still on such a high from it and can’t stop looking at all the photos and videos so we thought we would share a few with you!

We knew it would be an amazing day, but it absolutely exceeded our expectations! Everything was beyond perfect and even better than we had dreamed of. Naomi, you made everything so easy and stress-free in the lead-up and on the day itself, and it was so lovely to be able to share the day with you.

We feel so incredibly lucky to have got married in such a beautiful place and all the staff were so friendly. ‘I had my wedding here in June and it was not only the best day ever with such fantastic staff, we also stayed in the cottage for the week and had our family down for beach days and pizza from the restaurant. ‘We got married at Lusty Glaze 1 month ago today and had the most perfect dream wedding day even though it was grey and rainy!

I might be biased but Lusty Glaze in my opinion is the most beautiful and unique wedding venue in the UK and I am so glad we picked this incredible setting to celebrate our big day. We wanted a day that made everyone feel as though they were on holiday, that was truly Cornish and was relaxed but still felt like a wedding and that’s exactly what we got!

We had our ceremony at St Merryn Church and then headed to Lusty Glaze for our reception for the rest of the day, the second I walked in and saw all the tables, flowers, cake and little touches exactly as I planned I was speechless and had tears in my eyes. I’m a total perfectionist and Naomi completely understood what I wanted and went above and beyond to ensure our day was as perfect as I had planned!

All of our family and friends were so impressed with the location and setting and we all agree that the food was amazing too! I even had some guests telling me it was the best wedding they’d ever been to!

Thank you so much for helping to make our day the best day of our lives, I only wish we could do it all over again!!!

‘Pete and I want to say a massive massive thank you for all your hard work on Friday and in the run up to our wedding. We had the most incredible day in the most perfect place!

Everything about the day, from the ceremony to the canapés to the food and then into the evening ran so smoothly and we were completely at ease the whole time.

Thank you for being so fantastic and coordinating a wedding that really was something else. So many of our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to! Many of them didn’t want to leave at the end … and I hope we didn’t take too long to clear out.
We would agree that it will be pretty hard to top!

Please send our compliments and thanks to the chef as the food was so delicious. Everyone had so many good things to say about the canapés and bbq – especially that steak! The cake of cheese really was the cherry on the top and we did have enough left over for our party the next day.

Pete and I had such an amazing day that we will remember for the rest of our lives and we are so grateful to you, Naomi and the rest of the team at Lusty for pulling it off. Pete and I said from the start that we wanted a chilled out day and it was exactly what we had hoped and we know how hard you worked behind the scenes to make it seem so relaxed!

We’ll send some photos to you when we get them back from the photographer but we’ve included some below.

And if there is somewhere we can write a review then we would love to do that.

We’ll come back and visit when we are next in town!
